Abstract
MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA HIDRATAçãO DE UM MATERIAL PARTICULADO OU PULVERULENTO CONTENDO CaO, PRODUTO HIDRATADO E USO DO PRODUTO HIDRATADO. A presente invenção descreve um método e um dispositivo para hidratação de um material particulado ou pulverulento contendo CaO. O método é peculiar pelo fato de que é adicionado água em uma quantidade que garante que a pressão parcial P~ H2O~ da água adicionada, como função da temperatura (<198>C), é mantida dentro do intervalo definido pela fórmula: 6,85 - <UM>5459<MV> (T+273) < log P~ H2O~ < 5,45 - <UM>2032<MV> (T+273) onde P~ H2O~ é a pressão parcial de vapor d'água em atm e T é a temperatura em <198>C. Assim, se obtêm as partículas de material não se amontoando em aglomerados e as partículas são hidratadas uniformemente de fora para dentro, de modo que é a superfície ativa das partículas de material que se submete à hidratação, em conexão com a hidratação parcial. Isso se deve ao fato de que a água na forma líquida não irá entrar em contato com as partículas de material, uma vez que a água irá aparecer na forma de vapor dentro do intervalo especificado.
