Abstract

IMOBILIZAçãO NãO-COVALENTE DE MOLéCULAS INDICADORAS. A invenção refere-se a métodos de imobilização, em particular para imobilizar moléculas indicadoras sobre suportes tais como sensores e a sensores que possuem aquelas moléculas imobilizadas sobre sua superfície. A imobilização não-covalente de moléculas indicadoras macromoleculares sobre aqueles suportes através de redes interpenetrantes de entrelaçamento mecânico com polímeros na superfície de um suporte e através de ligação iónica por meio de porções carregadas de moléculas indicadoras e grupos iónicos sobre a superfície do suporte é descritas.
