Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA MOLéCULA ALVO EM UM ANIMAL TRANSGêNICO E PURIFICAçãO DA MOLéCULA ALVO". A invenção proporciona sistemas e métodos para a produção e purificação de polipeptídios alvo presentes em sistemas biológicos. Os sistemas e métodos de acordo com a invenção utilizam a expressão transgênica de polipeptídios de ligação multivalente coo meios de afinidade, para a purificação de tais moléculas alvo. Os polipeptídios de ligação multivalente transgênicos se ligam tanto as moléculas alvo, como por exemplo um epitopo ligável de uma molécula alvo, como a uma matriz.
