Abstract

MéTODO DE REMODELAR UMA SAIA DE UM RECIPIENTE METáLICO VAZADO, APARELHO, TIPICAMENTE UMA PRENSA, PARA APLICAR O MENCIONADO MéTODO, E, USO DE MéTODO. Método mencionado, onde: a) o mencionado recipiente (1, 6) ser colocado em molde (2) de duas metades tendo uma parede modelada interna (21), e b) uma pressão interna P de um fluido, tipicamente ar, é acumulada durante um lapso de tempo <30>t dentro do mencionado recipiente vazado formando uma cavidade (15), de modo a modelar a mencionada saia (12) pela expansão da mesma contra a mencionada parede modelada (21), a mencionada parede modelada (21) tendo uma superfície interna (210) definindo um espaço lateral (211) tipicamente mantido à pressão atmosférica, onde uma pressão externa P de um fluido, tipicamente ar, é aplicada em um mencionado espaço superior (101) contíguo a uma superfície externa ou superior (100) da mencionada extremidade de topo aberta (10) e/ou em um mencionado espaço inferior (141) contíguo a uma superfície externa ou inferior (140), da mencionada extremidade de fundo modelada (14), de modo a ter, durante o mencionado lapso de tempo <30>t, uma diferença de pressão <30>P=IP - PI suficientemente baixa para impedir qualquer distorção da mencionada extremidade de topo aberta modelada (10) e/ou a mencionada extremidade de fundo modelada (14), de modo a formar um recipiente metálico modelado (1, 6), Um aparelho para executar o método é também revelado.
