cepa isolada de escherichia coli, e, método para produzir um composto. uma cepa que produz l-aminoácido de escherichia coli é criada pela modificação de uma cepa k12 de escherichia coli ou um derivado desta de modo a torná-la resistente a l-valina e ter uma capacidade para produzir um ou mais l-aminoácidos selecionados do grupo que consiste de l-triptofano, l-fenilalanina, l-iisina, l-tirosina, l-ácido glutâmico, l-histidina, l-cisteína, e l-prolina.
