Abstract

PROCESSO PARA AUMENTO DE QUANTIDADE PRODUZIDA DE MILHO PARA EXTRAçãO DE óLEO. A presente invenção refere-se ao óleo de milho que é extraído de milho para formar uma farinha de milho. Processamento do grão de milho para se obter óleo, farinha e outras correntes de produtos em geral inclui divisão da semente de milho por fracionamento para criar uma fração de óleo superior e uma fração de óleo inferior, formação de uma estrutura extraível de solvente a partir da fração de óleo superior, e extração do óleo da fração de óleo superior. O óleo de milho extraído é útil para a produção de óleo de cozinhar ou óleo comestível nutricionalmente aumentado, lubrificantes, biodiesel, combustível, cosméticos e produtos químicos contendo óleo ou à base de óleo. A farinha de milho extraída é útil para a produção de rações de animal aumentadas, alimento para lanche, produtos de alimento combinados, cosméticos e aditivo de caldo de fermentação. A fração de óleo inferior é útil para um ou mais processos tais como fermentação, moagem por via úmica, produção de ração de animal, produção de adoçante, e produção de amido, produção de rações de alimento de animal aumentadas, alimento de lanche, produtos de alimento combinados, e cosméticos.
