Abstract

PALHETA DO LIMPADOR DE PáRA-BRISA A presente invenção refere-se a uma palheta do limpador de pára-brisa (10) sem articulação, que é construída de uma régua do limpador de pára-brisa (12) com um lábio do limpador de pára-brisa (14), de dois trilhos de mola (30, 32) e de um dispositivo de ligação (22), sendo que, os trilhos de mola (30, 32) se encaixam em ranhuras longitudinais laterais da régua do limpador de pára-brisa (12) abertas para fora, e são envolvidos por pés da garra (28, 68, 76, 108) de uma garra de chapa (24, 64, 72, 106) do dispositivo de ligação (22) por um lado estreito externo.E sugerido que, durante a montagem da garra de chapa (24, 64, 72, 106), os pés da garra (28, 68, 76, 108) sejam dobrados em torno dos lados estreitos dos trilhos de mola (30, 32), sendo que, entre os pés da garra (28, 68, 76, 108), por um lado, e os trilhos de mola (30, 32) por outro lado, estão previstas, pelo menos, uma camada (70) e/ou uma camada intermediária (48, 84) de material sintético, que são fabricadas separadas da régua do limpador de pára-brisa (12), e são adaptadas aos pés da garra (28, 68, 76, 108), bem como, em sua superfície em direção à garra de chapa (24, 64, 72, 106) e aos trilhos de mola (30, 32) apresentam um valor de atrito alto.
