Abstract

PLACA DE GUMES E FERRAMENTA PARA A USINAGEM DE CORTE DE METAL DE SUPERFìCIES DE FUROS. A presente invenção sugere uma ferramenta para a usinagem de corte de metal de superfícies de furos com pelo menos uma placa de gumes (1s, 1's; 1u, 1's,1''u) inserida na face traseira (41) da ferramenta (10), e pelo menos uma placa de gumes (1s, 1's, 1u, 1'u, 1''u) que está inserida na superfície circunferencial (43) da ferramenta (10), tendo as ditas placas de gumes (1s, 1's, 1u, 1'u, 1''u) pelo menos dois gumes geometricamente definidos. A dita ferramenta é caracterizada pelo fato de que um gume das placas de gumes é executado como gume de desbaste (17, 17) e o outro gume das placas de gumes é executado como gume de acabamento (19, 19'), e que os gumes estão dispostos nas duas extremidades de uma aresta de corte (15, 15) das placas de gumes.
