Abstract
MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO ESTáVEL DE UM POLICARBONATO AROMáTICO Um método para a produção estável de um policarbonato aromático, que compreende reagir continuamente um composto de dihidroxila aromático com um carbonato de diarila em um sistema fechado de tubulações-reatores, o sistema fechado de tubulações de reator compreendendo: uma pluralidade de reatores que são conectados de forma estanque a líquido através de uma tubulação em direção a uma saída para formar um produto final de policarbonato aromático, a tubulação compreendendo um ou mais tubos, em que a pluralidade de reatores inclui pelo menos dois reatores conectados em série, e pelo menos um filtro seguro no tubo ou tubos do sistema de tubulações reatores, em que o ou cada filtro é simultaneamente ou separadamente levado para fora do sistema de tubulações de reator e sujeito à lavagem no exterior do sistema de tubulações-reatores, seguido do retomo do filtro lavado resultante para o interior do tubo ou tubos do sistema de tubulações-reatores, a lavagem sendo realizada com os abaixo mencionados agentes de lavagem usados na seguinte ordem: uma solução aquosa de um composto básico, um composto de monohidroxila aromático, e uma mistura fundida de um composto de dihidroxila aromático e carbonato de diarila, a mistura fundida contendo um composto básico.
