Abstract

BALANCINS DE ATUADOR PRIMáRIO E DE DESVIO PARA A ATUAçãO DE VáLVULA DE MOTOR. São apresentados sistemas e métodos para a atuação de válvulas de motor. Os sistemas podem incluir balancins primários e auxiliares dispostos adjacentes entre si sobre um eixo de balancim. O balancim primário pode atuar uma válvula de motor para movimentos de atuação de válvula primários, tais como para os eventos de descarga principais, em resposta a uma entrada de um primeiro elemento de trem de válvula, como, por exemplo, um came. O balancim auxiliar pode receber um ou mais movimentos de atuação de válvula auxiliares, tais como uma frenagem de motor, uma recirculação de gás de descarga, e/ou eventos de recirculação de gás de freio, de um segundo elemento de trem de válvula.Um pistão de atuador hidráulico pode ser disposto entre o balancim auxiliar e o balancim primário. O pistão de atuador pode seletivamente ser travado em uma posição estendida entre os balancins primário e auxiliar de modo a seletivamente transferir ou um ou mais movimentos de atuação de válvula auxiliares do balancim auxiliar para o balancim primaria.
