Abstract
MéTODO PARA RECUPERAçãO DE OURO A presente invenção refere-se a um método para recuperação de ouro de um produto intermediário ou resíduo de lixívia contendo enxofre e ferro gerados na lixiviação de uma matéria-prima sulfídica. A recuperação de ouro e de outros metais valiosos da matéria-prima sulfídica ocorre em uma atmosfera de cloreto. O ouro ontido no produto intermediário ou resíduo é lixiviado com cobre divalente e cloro em uma solução de cloreto de cobre (II)/ cloreto de sódio, em condições nas quais o potencial de oxi-redução se situa no intervalo de 650-750 mV e o pH entre 1,0 e 1,6. O ácido gerado durante a alimentação de cloro é neutralizado com um álcali adequado. A neutralização evita os custos de dissolução do ferro.GOLD RECOVERY METHOD The present invention relates to a method for recovering gold from an intermediate product or sulfur-containing bleach residue generated in the leaching of a sulfidic raw material. The recovery of gold and other valuable metals from the sulfidic raw material takes place in a chloride atmosphere. Gold on the intermediate product or residue is leached with divalent copper and chlorine in a copper (II) chloride / sodium chloride solution under conditions where the oxy-reduction potential is in the range 650-750 mV and pH between 1.0 and 1.6. The acid generated during chlorine feeding is neutralized with a suitable alkali. Neutralization avoids the costs of iron dissolution.
