Abstract

ELEMENTO ESFéRICO PARA PINOS ESFéRICOS DE DUAS PARTES E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a fabricação de esferas, em particular, para juntas universais, bem como, a um elemento esférico, para pinos esféricos de duas partes. A fabricação das esferas de acordo com a invenção ocorre por meio de extrusão a frio e seguida de esmerilhamento, sendo que, para a fabricação das esferas é empregado um aço micro ligado de carbono e manganês. Através do emprego do aço micro ligado de carbono e manganês são obtidas esferas já com uma excelente resistência e dureza com auxílio da deformação a frio. Com isto, a etapa do processo de têmpera, necessária para a fabricação de esferas conforme o gênero de acordo com o estado da técnica, pode ser dispensada sem substituição, pelo que pode ser empregado material de custo mais vantajoso, e pelo que os custos de fabricação se reduzem consideravelmente. A presente invenção possibilita a fabricação, de modo mais simples e de custo mais vantajoso, de esferas, em particular, para pinos esféricos de duas partes, sendo que, ao mesmo tempo, a qualidade da superfície e do material, bem como, a resistência e a resistência ao desgaste são mantidas ou aumentadas. Como resultado, o dispêndio para a fabricação das esferas é diminuído e, além disso, é eliminado o problema das marcas de batidas nas superfícies das esferas que surgem freqüentemente durante a têmpera.
