Abstract
MéTODOS E SISTEMAS PARA DETECçãO, IDENTIFICAçãO E QUANTIFICAçãO DE MACROLìDEOS E SUAS IMPUREZAS. A presente invenção se refere a métodos de cromatografia de líquido de elevado desempenho com fase reversa (RP-HPLC) e a sistemas para a detecção de macrolídeos, bem como detecção de, identificação de e quantificação de impurezas em amostras contendo um macrolídeo.
