Abstract
SISTEMA DE PERFUSãO RáPIDA E TéCNICA DE SUJEIçãO DE PLACA UTILIZANDO UM SISTEMA DE CáMARA DE INTERFACE TENDO EXIGêNCIAS DE BAIXO VOLUME E ELEVADO RENDIMENTO. A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema para realizar perfusão rápida para as técnicas de sujeição de placa útil no estudo do efeito de compostos sobre canais de transferência de íon em tecido biológico. A invenção inclui adicionalmente conjuntos de câmara de microperfusão capazes de utilizar pequenas quantidades de material a ser testado e pequenas quantidades de veículo líquido, desse modo permitindo que múltiplos testes sejam concluídos em um curto período de tempo. A invenção refere-se mais amplamente a uma montagem de aplicação e manipulação de fármaco de eletrofisiologia para examinar produtos químicos como fármacos enquanto fornece rendimento elevado e baixos volumes de soluções e amostras.
