RAçãO PARA PEIXES DE FAZENDAS AQUáTICAS à BASE DE áCIDOS GRAXOS POLIINSATURADOS OBTIDOS POR FERMENTAçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a uma ração que contém pelo menos uma biomassa obtida fermentativamente ou extratos de óleo obtidos dela, que é rica em ácidos ómega-3 graxos poliinsaturados de cadeia longa, e que, além disso, pode contribuir para manter ou reestabelecer o perfil de ácido graxo natural em peixes de cultura.
