Abstract

MELHORAMENTOS EM FUNDIçãO DE PRECISãO. Em um procedimento de fundição de precisão usando energia de microondas como a fonte de calor, modelos de cera virgem (12) são afixados a um canal de corrida (10) de um material de modelo de tipo de cera que incorpora um susceptor, o canal de corrida (10) tendo uma taça de vazamento (14) também de um material de modelo de tipo de cera, o material de taça de vazamento tendo uma percentagem mais alta do susceptor do que o material do canal de corrida. Em uso, a taça de vazamento (14) se fundirá primeiramente e o canal de corrida (10) em segundo lugar, desbloqueando o percurso da cera virgem, de modo que sua expansão não fissure a cerâmica (15) com a qual ele foi revestido.
