Abstract
PNEUMáTICO, COMPóSITO METAL/BORRACHA E UTILIZAçãO DE UM COMPóSITO Pneumático comportando um topo sobremontado por uma banda de rodagem, uma armadura de topo, dois flancos e dois talões, uma armadura de carcaça que passa nos dois flancos e ancorada graças a meios de ancoragem nos dois talões, os ditos meios de ancoragem comportando, em pelo menos um talão, um alinhamento circunferencial de pelo menos um reforço de ancoragem orientado circunferencialmente de pelo menos uma composição de borracha dita goma de ancoragem; este pneumático é caracterizado pelo fato de que este reforço de ancoragem é um cabo metálico com duas camadas de construção M+N comportando uma camada interna denotada C1 de M fios de diâmetro d1 enrolados juntos em hélice segundo um passo P1, esta camada Cl sendo por sua vez enrolada por uma camada externa denotada C2 de N fios de diâmetro d~ 2~ enrolados juntos em hélice segundo um passo P~ 2~, o dito cabo apresentando além disso as seguintes características (d~ 1~, d~ 2~,P~ 1~e P~ 2~ em mm)2 <243>M<243>4, M+3<243>N<243>M+7, 0,25<d1<0,40;0,25<d~ 2~<0,40; 3,5 < P~ 1~ < 7 < P~ 2~ < 14. A invenção refere-se igualmente a uma composição metal/borracha comportando o cabo metálico e com duas camadas acima associadas a uma matriz de borracha com rigidez elevada, apresentando no estado vulcanizado, um módulo secante em extensão, com 10% de alongamento, que é superior a 20 MPa.
