Abstract

ARAME DE ALTA TRAçãO CHATO COMO REFORçO DE MANGUEIRA. A presente invenção refere-se a mangueira flexível, ou tubo, (42) é reforçada por meio de pelo menos um arame de aço achatado (10, 20) com bordas naturais. O arame de aço tem uma relação de espessura para largura t/w abaixo de 0,95, uma resistência á tração R~ m~ excedendo 3500- 2000 x d, onde d é o diâmetro de um circulo tendo a mesma superfície de seção transversal e onde R~ m~ é expressa em MPa, e um alongamento permanente em carga máxima A~ g~ de pelo menos 0,70%. O achatamento do arame de aço (10, 20) permite recuperar a ductilidade que foi perdida como um resultado do estiramento até a resistência á tração final Rm.
