Abstract

MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA LAVAGEM. Um sistema de lavagem para uso na limpeza ou lavagem de um ou mais substratos sujos, sendo que o dito sistema compreende: a. uma zona de lavagem para colocar o substrato sujo em contato com o líquido de lavagem; b. uma linha de alimentação para fornecer água encanada quente ou fria à zona de lavagem; c. uma zona de amaciamento de água entre a linha de alimentação e a zona de lavagem, e em comunicação fluida com as mesmas; d. uma zona de armazenamento e/ou de descarga de efluentes; e e. uma zona de dispensação do produto entre a zona de amaciamento de água e a zona de lavagem; sendo que a zona de amaciamento de água é eficaz para amaciar a água até uma dureza de Ca¬ 2+¬ residual de 1 mmol/L ou menos, com um fluxo de água mole de ao menos cerca de 2 L/h, de preferência ao menos cerca de 10 L/h, a uma pressão da água encanada na faixa de cerca de 100 a cerca de 1.000 kPa (de1 a 10 bar). A zona de amaciamento de água é, de preferência, um dispositivo de nanofiltração que tem um valor de corte na faixa de cerca de 100 a cerca de 1.000 Dálton, um fluxo de água limpa de ao menos 3 L/m¬ 2¬.h.100 kp (água de OR a 25 <198>C) e uma rejeição a íon de magnésio de ao menos 50 %. O sistema de lavagem é, de preferência, usado para lavagem de roupas.
