Abstract

MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA LAVAGEM COM LIMPELA E RECICLAGEM DO LìQUIDO DE LAVAGEM. A invenção refere-se a um sistema de lavagem para uso na limpeza ou lavagem de um ou mais substratos sujos, sendo que o dito sistema compreende; a. uma zona de lavagem para colocar o substrato sujo em contato com o líquido de lavagem, e lavá-lo; b.uma linha de alimentação para fornecer água de entrada quente ou fria à zona de lavagem; c.uma zona de limpeza e reciclagem do líquido de lavagem, em comunicação fluida com a zona de lavagem; d. uma zona de armazenamento e/ou descarga de efluentes; e, opcionalmente, um ou mais dentre: e. uma zona de dispensação do produto; f. meios para o tratamento sónico ou ultra-sónico do substrato sujo na zona de lavagem ou em uma zona de pré-tratamento de lavagem; g. uma zona de eletrólise para eletrolisar a água de entrada ou o líquido de lavagem; h. uma zona de desinfecção do líquido de lavagem; e i.uma zona de amaciamento da água de entrada. A zona de limpeza e reciclagem do líquido de lavagem compreende, de preferência, um dispositivo de ultrafiltração ou microfiltração tendo um valor de corte na faixa de cerca de 1,7 E-21 g (1.000 Dáltons) a cerca de 1 <109>m, de preferência de cerca de 0,05 <109>m a cerca de 0,5 <109>m, um tamanho de lúmen de cerca de 1 a cerca de 10 mm, de preferência de cerca de 2 a cerca de 6 mm, com mais preferência de cerca de 3 a cerca de 5 mm, e um fluxo de água limpa de ao menos cerca de 1.000 L/m¬ 2¬.h.100 kPa (água de RO a 25<198> C), de preferência ao menos cerca de 10.000 L/m¬ 2¬.h.100 kPa.
