Abstract
Revestimento externo liso para componentes do combustor e método de revestimento desta. Um revestimento e um método para reduzir a incidência de fissuras em um conjunto combustor (10) de uma turbina a gás, e conjuntos combustores em particular com ao menos dois componentes (14, 16, 18) soldados juntos, de modo a definir uma região de solda (22), a qual é sujeita ao aparecimento de fissuras nas temperaturas de combustão que são mantidas dentro do combustor da turbina a gás. A menos a superfície da região de solda (22) é protegida através de um sistema de revestimento (24), o qual compreende uma camada adesiva (26) metálica depositada por aspersão térmica e uma camada cerâmica (28) depositada sobre a camada adesiva (26). A camada cerâmica (28) é depositada por meio de aspersão térmica de um pó apresentando um tamanho de partícula não maior que 10 micrómetros, e a superfície externa (30) do sistema de revestimento (24) sendo mais lisa que a superfície externa da camada adesiva (26), sobre a qual a camada cerâmica (28) é depositada.
