Abstract

BEBIDA ALCOóLICA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma bebida alcoólica que quando tem fluidez em -15<198>C a -2<198>C, pode ser fácil e apropriadamente bebida e que através de coexistência de peças finas de gelo e bolhas, induz nova sensação agradável de frescor e resfriamento e sensação de engolir, apropriada sensação de álcool, e excelente aroma. é provida uma bebida alcoólica caracterizada em que ela é produzida através de mistura de uma mistura base de bebida alcoólica contendo álcool e pelo menos um tipo de substância solúvel em água com peças de gelo em uma proporção de 20:80 a 80:20, e conduzindo aeração, agitação e resfriamento de modo que a fração de volume de gás contida esteja na faixa de 1 a 150% e que a temperatura de mistura seja menor que -1<198>C, pelo que obtendo uma matéria contendo gás tendo uma concentração de álcool de <242> 1,0% volume e sendo fluida em -15 a -2<198>C onde peças de gelo finas de 0,06 a 0,8 mm de comprimento de eixo principal estão presentes em uma quantidade de pelo menos 80% em peso baseado no peso total de modo que o restante de pelo menos parte das peças finas de gelo é sentido.
