Abstract
LASTRO DE PLATAFORMA OFFSHORE COM AUXILIO DE BóIA. Descreve-se um método para desdobrar uma plataforma flutuante inclui armazenar bóias em um casco da plataforma. Dispositivos de tensão são montados no casco, cada um sendo conectado por uma linha a uma das bóias. O operador reboca o casco até um local de lastro enquanto as bóias são armazenadas no casco. Enquanto acrescenta lastro no casco, o operador solta as linhas dos dispositivos de tensão em uma tensão selecionada. O casco se move para baixo na água enquanto as bóias flutuam na superfície para manter estabilidade durante o lastramento. As bóias são desprendidas das linhas após o casco ser lastrado em um calado desejado.
