Abstract

MéTODO PARA AFIXAR PLATAFORMA FLUTUANTE. Um método para afixar uma plataforma flutuante em um local de poço offshore utiliza linhas de tensionamento para fornecer estabilidade à plataforma enquanto põe lastro. A plataforma é equipada com diversos dispositivos de tensão e rebocada até um local de estacionamento enquanto em um primeiro calado. No local de estacionamento, o operador conecta as linhas do fundo do mar aos dispositivos de tensão na plataforma. O operador gradualmente adiciona lastro à plataforma e simultaneamente aplica tensão nas linhas com os dispositivos de tensão. Quando em um segundo calado desejado, o operador solta as linhas e reboca a plataforma até um local de poço. A plataforma é amarrada com um sistema de amarração catenária rio local do poço.
