Abstract
MéTODO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO E APARELHO DE MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de moldagem por injeção que usa um molde por injeção. O método compreende (1) uma etapa de injeção de resina moetana para injetar a resina moetana a partir de um portão para dentro de uma cavidade, (2) uma etapa de manter a pressão para aplicar pressão, de forma continua, a partir do portão depois da etapa de injeção de resina moetana, e (3) uma etapa de injeção de fluido para injetar um fluido em direção à superfície posterior do produto moldado. A etapa de manter a pressão e a etapa de injeção de fluido são executadas simultaneamente. Ao executar de maneira simultânea essas duas etapas, pode-se diminuir a pressão, que deve ser aplicada continuamente a partir do portão. O presente método de moldagem por injeção pode encolher a pressão do fluido a ser injetado em direção à superfície posterior do produto moldado, a fim de fazer com que a superfície posterior do produto moldado se separe da superfície de cavidade.
