Abstract

CAMADA DE BASE CONDUTORA CURáVEL POR RADICAIS LIVRES. A presente invenção refere-se a um vedador/camada de base que geralmente é uma composição curável por radicais livres, atomizáveis com 100% de sólidos. A camada de base utiliza tecnologia de cura de radicais livres através da ligação cruzada de monómeros e oligómeros de acrilato com radicais livres termicamente gerados a partir de peróxido(s). A composição pode ser aplicada por meio de equipamento de aplicação tradicional, veda a superfície do substrato ao qual ela é aplicada e faz a cura para uma superfície aceitável para posterior processamento, tal como pintura. Não há necessidade de empregar luz ultravioleta ou raio de elétron (EB) para curar a composição do revestimento mediante aplicação para um substrato, mas ao contrário, a composição do revestimento pode ser curada por meio do uso de fontes de calor.
