Abstract
PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UM CARBONATO DE CáLCIO PRECIPITADO PARA PAPEL DE GRAVAçãO A JATO DE TINTA, FORMULAçãO DE REVESTIMENTO PARA PAPEL DE GRAVAçãO A JATO DE TINTA, PAPEL DE GRAVAçãO A JATO DE TINTA, E, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM PAPEL DE GRAVAçãO A JATO DE TINTA Um produto e um processo para a preparação de um carbonato de cálcio precipitado (PCC) e um papel de gravação a jato de tinta, incorporando o carbonato de cálcio precipitado são descritos. O carbonato de cálcio precipitado é desaguado e cominuído na presença de um dispersante anfotérico e/ou aniónico para produzir uma composição de PCC alta em sólidos. Quando usado em formulações de revestimento o PCC possui uma morfologia de superfície e química que intensifica a printabilidade de papel de gravação a jato de tinta. O papel de gravação a jato de tinta incorporando o PCC dos presentes ensinamentos possui espalhamento e plumagem de finta reduzidos bem como densidade óptica, tempo de secagem, e solidez à água melhorados.
