Abstract

MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DE UM FLUXO RICO DE HIDROGêNIO E FLUXO RICO DE MONóXIDO DE CARBONO; MéTODO DE CONVERSãO DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE METANOL ORIGINAL PARA UMA INSTALAçãO CONVERTIDA DE SìNTESE DE áCIDO ACéTICO E MéTODO PARA REPARAçãO DE HIDROGêNIO, MONóXIDO DE CARBONO E áCIDO ACéTICO A PARTIR DO METANOL. Um método para a produção do syngas a partir de estoque de alimentação de metanol é descrito, O suprimento de metanol é fornecido para um reator de oxidação parcial (112) com oxigênio (114) e opcionalmente vapor (116) para obter um vapor misturado (118) de hidrogênio, monóxido de carbono e dióxido de carbono. O dióxido de carbono (122) é separado fora e a mistura (124) de hidrogênio e o monóxido de carbono é alimentado para uma caixa de resfriamento (126) onde é separado dentro em um fluxo rico de hidrogênio e um fluxo rico de monóxido de carbono (130, 128).
