Abstract
CILINDRO DE POTE DE INJEçãO REFRIGERADO DE MOLDAGEM POR CO-INJEçãO Um aparelho e método de refrigeração de pote de injeção de moldagem por co-injeção são configurados para refrigerar um cilindro de pote de injeção (5) que, em combinação com um pistão de pote de injeção (6), injeta um fundido através de um bico de co-injeção tendo pelo menos dois canais do fundido terminando na mesma entrada. Preferivelmente, uma luva de reduzir aquecimento (7) está disposta para entrar em contato com uma superfície externa de uma parte traseira do cilindro de pote de injeção (5) A luva de reduzir aquecimento (7) é configurada para remover calor suficiente do cilindro de pote de injeção (5) para aumentar a viscosidade do fundido no mesmo, reduzindo assim o vazamento do fundido entre o pistão de pote de injeção (6) e o cilindro de pote de injeção (5).
