Abstract
PROCESSOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM CATALISADOR FISHER-TROPSCH SUPORTADO, E PARA A SìNTESE DE UM PRODUTO DE CERA FISHER-TROPSCH, E, PRODUTO DE CERA FISHER-TROPSCH Processo para a produção de um catalisador Fisher-Tropsch incluindo o tratamento em um estágio de ativação (12), de um precursor de catalisador de síntese Fisher-Tropsch suportado com base em nitrato de cobalto particulado de pré-redução contendo óxidos de cobalto reduzíveis, com o hidrogênio como um gás de redução para reduzir os óxidos de cobalto para Co durante um período de tempo, e sendo formados amónia e água, a redução incluindo um período de tempo quando predominantemente o CoO é reduzido a Co. O hidrogênio não reagido é retirado (20), o qual inclui água e é tratado para diminuir o seu ponto de orvalho (14). Pelo menos uma porção do hidrogênio não reagido retirado é retomado para o estágio de ativação (12) como hidrogênio reciclado (26). E mantida uma concentração de amónia no estágio de ativação (12), pelo menos durante o tempo em que predominantemente o CoO é reduzido a Co até menos de 250 partes por milhão em volume ("vppm").
