Abstract
CATALISADOR DE CRAQUEAMENTO DE PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR O MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um catalisador de craqueamento que contém alumina, fósforo e peneira molecular, com ou sem argila, onde a dita alumina é <<sym>-alumina ou uma mistura de <sym>-alumina e/ou <sym>-alumina e <sym>-alumina, e onde o catalisador contém, baseado na quantidade total do catalisador, 0,5-50% em peso de <sym>-alumina, 0-50% em peso de <sym>-alumina e/ou <sym>-alumina, 10-70% em peso de peneira molecular, 0-75% de argila, e 0,1-8% em peso de fósforo, medido como P~ 2~O~ 5~. O catalisador tem não apenas uma atividade de craqueamento mais alta e uma capacidade mais alta de craqueamento para craquear óleo pesado, mas melhora também significativamente a qualidade e o rendimento de gasolina, óleo ciclo leve(LCO) e GLP em produtos de craqueamento.
