RAçA ACIDIFICANTE ANTIMICROBIANA E MéTODO PARA SUA PRODUçãO. A invenção refere-se a uma ração acidificante antimicrobiana compreendendo um núcleo e um revestimento, o núcleo compreendendo um carreador poroso e pelo menos um ácido e o revestimento compreendendo pelo menos um ácido orgânico, ou um sal, áster ou glicerídeo do(s) dito(s) ácido(s), onde o valor do PK~ a~ de pelo menos um ácido no núcleo é menor do que o valor de pK~ a~ de pelo menos um ácido orgânicos no revestimento, e métodos para sua produção.
