Abstract
SUBSTáNCIA POLIMéRICA, MéTODO DE TRATAR UMA SUPERFìCIE DE UMA SUBSTáNCIA POLIMéRICA COM UMA DESCARGA DE BARREIRA DIELéTRICA DE NITROGêNIO EM PRESSãO ATMOSFéRICA, E, SISTEMA PARA APLICAR UMA DESCARGA DE BARREIRA DIELéTRICA DE NITROGêNIO EM PRESSãO ATMOSFéRICA A SUBSTáNCIAS POLIMéRICAS. Métodos e sistemas utilizam uma descarga de barreira dielétrica de nitrogênio em pressão atmosférica para tratar a superfície de substâncias poliméricas. A descarga de dielétrica de nitrogênio em pressão atmosférica pode ser mantida com um nível de H~ 2~O abaixo de uma quantidade pré-definida, como por medida e controle de H~ 2~O dentro de um tratador, para produzir um tratamento superficial para uma substância polimérica que oferece características desejáveis. Além disso, o nível de H~ 2~O pode ser medido e controlado de acordo com uma quantidade pré-definida ou de acordo com outro parâmetro como uma análise da substância polimérica resultante. Por exemplo, a substância polimérica pode ser provida com uma relação ótima de nitrogênio adicionado-para-oxigênio adicionado e/ou uma estabilidade ótima com base em ângulos de contato de avanço lavados não lavados como por controle do nível de H~ 2~O dentro do tratador com base nestas análises do polímero tratado.
