Abstract
grânulos compreendendo um antibiótico de ß-lactama a presente invenção refere-se a grânulos contendo um antibiótico de ß-lactama, onde ch2s (72h) <50 µl de gás h2s por kg de antibiótico de ß-lactama, onde ch2s (72h) é o volume de gás h2s sobre os grânulos por kg do antibiótico de ß-lactama, quando uma amostra dente 3,5 e 4,5 dos grânulos é mantida em um recipiente fechado com um volume de 20 ml a uma temperatura de 22ºc durante 72 horas a pressão atmosférica (1 bar). a invenção também se refere a um processo para a preparação de grânulos contendo um antibiótico de ß-lactama, com este processo compreendendo a alimentação do antibiótico de ß-lactama a um compactador de rolo para compactar, reduzir o tamanho, por exemplo,fresagem, para produzir grânulos, onde a temperatura do antibiótico de ß-lactama que é alimentado ao compactador de rolo é suficientemente baixa para que ch2s (72h) 50 µl de gás h2s por kg de antibiótico de ß-lactama, onde ch2s (72h) é o volume de gás h2s sobre os grânulos por kg do antibiótico de ß-lactama, quando uma amostra dente 3,5 e 4,5 dos grânulos é mantida em um recipiente fechado com um volume de 20 ml a uma temperatura de 22ºc durante 72 horas a pressão atmosférica (100 kpa).
