Abstract
PROCESSO PARA FABRICAçãO DE UM COMUTADOR PLANO BEM COMO PEçA EM BRUTO DE CONDUTOR PARA UM COMUTADOR PLANO. A presente invenção refere-se a fabricação de um comutador plano com área de curso de carbono, é produzida uma peça em bruto de condutor (1) fechada em forma de anel, ondulada, apresentando segmentos de condutor (3) e partes de ponte (4) unindo os mesmos entre si, mediante enrolamento de um segmento de fita perfilado em forma de estágios longitudinais, que é estampado no lado de borda para formação de lingüetas de contato (7) e ganchos de conexão (6). Depois do enrolamento do segmento de fita as lingüetas de contato (7) dos segmentos de condutor são curvadas para dentro na direção do eixo (2) e perfiladas em ambas as áreas frontais axiais por um processo de cisalhamento. A peça em bruto é juntada com um disco anular de carbono para uma peça composta, na qual é injetado um corpo de suporte. O disco anular de carbono é em seguida subdividido em segmentos de carbono individuais, e as partes de ponte são removidas ou destacadas.
