Abstract
MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE IMPRESSORAS A JATO DE TINTA. Método de fabricação de impressoras e cabeças de impressão formadas por um número de módulos montados sobre um chassi. Os módulos e o chassi são formados com um número de características de alinhamento que se encaixam uma na outra a fim de formar acoplamentos de interferência elástica. Ao dispor um número n destes acoplamentos para cada módulo, a variância no erro posicional de cada módulo em relação ao chassi pode ser significativamente menor do que o erro de alinhamento das próprias características de alinhamento, por meio do processo de Alinhamento Elástico Médio. Os acoplamentos de interferência elástica podem ser feitos, de forma vantajosa, com o objetivo de formar acoplamentos selados para o suprimento da tinta do chassi para cada módulo.
