Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR COMPONENTES TEMPERADOS A PARTIR DE CHAPAS DE AçO A invenção se refere a um método para produzir componentes temperados de chapas de aço, compreendendo os seguintes passas: a) moldagem de peças moldadas a partir de uma chapa de aço; b) antes, durante ou após a moldagem, a peça moldada é cortada e a chapa de aço é opcionalmente estampada ou dotada de um padrão desejado de furos; c) pelo menos algumas das seções da peça moldada são subseqüentemente aquecidas a uma temperatura que permita a austenitização do aço; e d) o componente é então transferido a um molde de moldagem, onde é submetido ao processo de moldagem, durante o qual o componente é resfriado e desta maneira moldado pelo contato do molde de moldagem com algumas seções do componente e pela compressão das mencionadas seções. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de o componente ser suportado pelo molde de moldagem na proximidade dos raios positivos e pelo fato de algumas seções do mencionado componente serem fixadas de uma maneira segura e sem distorções na proximidade das arestas de corte. Nas seções do componente nas quais não existe fixação, o mesmo e afastado de uma das metades do molde de moldagem por um espaço de ar.
