Abstract
CABO METáLICO, UTILIZAçãO DE UM CABO, E, PNEUMáTICO Cabo metálico compacto com duas camadas (C1, C2) de construção 1+N, gomado in situ, utilizável notadamente como elemento de reforço de uma cinta de pneumático para veículo industrial pesado, comportando um núcleo ou camada interna (C1) comportando um fio de alma única de diâmetro d~ 1~ , e uma camada externa (02) saturada de N fios de diâmetro d~ 2~ enrolados juntos em hélice segundo um passo p~2~ em tomo da camada C1, o dito cabo com camadas sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que ele apresenta as seguintes características (d~ 1~, d~ 2~, p~ 2~ em mm) 0,15 < d~ 1~ < 0,50; 0,15<d~ 2~<0,50; 8<p~ 2~<25; e pelo fato de que o fio de alma é envolvido de uma bainha de borracha diênica que preenche, pelo menos em parte, os interstícios entre o fio de alma e os fios da camada C2.
