Abstract

DISPOSITIVO PARA O CONTìNUO ESTIRAMENTO POR TRAçãO DE UMA TIRA DE METAL E PROCESSO PARA OPERAçAO DE TAL DISPOSITIVO Em um dispositivo (1) para o contínuo estiramento por tração de uma tira de metal (2), que apresenta em direção de transporte de tira (R) ao menos três unidades de rolo em S (3, 4, 5, 6, 7) com ao menos dois rolos (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) cada, sendo que os rolos (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17) estão de tal maneira posicionados que são enlaçados pela tira de metal (2) por um ângulo de periferia de rolo (<244>) de mais de 180<198> e ao menos a segunda unidade de rolos em S (4) na direção de transporte de tira (R) apresenta dois rolos (10, 11), cujos diâmetros (D~ 10~, D~ 11~) são de tamanho distinto.
