Abstract

MéTODO E SISTEMA PARA REDUZIR A ADESãO DE DEPóSITOS INDESEJáVEIS EM REATORES DE POLIMERIZAçãO São providas técnicas para a prevenção de adesão de depósitos indesejáveis de reator, nos reatores de polimerização. é provida uma técnica para limitar o tamanho de partícula de polímero para impedir ou limitar a ocorrência de adesão de depósitos indesejáveis de reator associada às partículas grandes de polímero. Também é provida uma técnica para medir a temperatura do reator em um ou mais pontos quentes locais do reator e para controlar a reação de polimerização com base nessas medições de temperatura. Especiticamente, o controle da reação pode ser baseado na temperatura mais quente, de tal modo que a temperatura mais quente no reator é mantida dentro de uma curva de adesão de depósitos indesejáveis de reator. A técnica também é discutida para prever adesão de depósitos indesejáveis de reator mediante uso de análises estatísticas, tal como análise de periodograma, para identificar os indicadores principais de adesão de depósitos indesejáveis que estão por acontecer. Medidas preventivas podem ser realizadas mediante identificação de tal indicador principal. Além disso, análises estatísticas podem ser usadas para identificar os catalisadores que têm menos propensão à adesão de depósitos indesejáveis.
