Abstract
agente para inibir a sinalização de citocinina, reguladores de crescimento da planta, métodos para pesquisar uma substância química capaz de prom0- ver o crescimento de uma raiz de uma planta e de regulamento de crescimento da planta, e composto a presente invenção refere-se a uma substância que tem uma atividade de inibir a sinalização intracelular de um receptor de citocinina derivado da planta e que pode controlar o crescimento ou diferenciação de uma planta. descreve-se também um método para pesquisar uma substância química capaz de promover o crescimento de uma raiz de uma planta, que compreende medir o nível de sinalização intracelular do receptor em um sistema onde uma célula tendo o receptor é contatada com uma substância química tendo uma atividade agonística no receptor e uma substância a ser testada, comparar o nível de sinalização intracelular medido na etapa anterior com um nível de sinalização intracelular medido na ausência da substância química, e determinar a substância química como sendo uma substância química capaz de promover o crescimento de uma raiz de uma planta com base na diferença obtida pela comparação; e outros.
