Abstract

PROMOTORES E TERMINADORES DA TRANSCRIçãO GêNICA ISOLADOS DE FUNGOS E MéTODOS PARA A PRODUçãO DE PROTEìNA E COMPOSTO QUìMICO EM UM FUNGO A presente invenção engloba elementos regulatórios de genes isolados e terminadores da transcrição de gene que são diferencialmente expressos em um fungo nativo exibindo uma primeira morfologia filamentosa em relação ao fungo nativo exibindo uma segunda morfologia. A invenção também engloba um método de utilização de um fungo para a produção de proteína ou composto químico. Um fungo transformado é produzido pela transformação de um fungo com uma molécula de polinucleotídeo recombinante. A molécula de polinucleotídeo recombinante contém uma seqüência de polinucleotídeo isolada operavelmente ligada a outra molécula compreendendo uma região codificante de um gene de interesse. O elemento regulatório do gene e o terminador da transcrição do gene podem temporariamente e espacialmente regular a expressão de genes em particular para a produção ótima dos compostos de interesse em um fungo transgênico.
