Abstract

DESOXIDAçãO DE PóS DE METAL DE VáLVULAS. A presente invenção refere-se à desoxidação de pós de metal de válvulas, particularmente pós de nióbio, pós de tântalo, ou suas ligas por tratamento de pó de metal de válvula com cálcio, bário, lantânio, ítrio ou cério como agente de desoxidação, assim como pós de metal de válvulas que se distinguem por uma proporção da soma dos teores de sódio, potássio e magnésio para a capacitância menor do que 3 ppm/10000 <109>FV/g.
