Abstract

APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA RECUPERAçãO DE VALORES A PARTIR DE UM MATERIAL DE SUPORTE DE VALOR. A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e aparelho para continuamente remover ou recuperar valores de um material de suporte de valor, tipicamente uma mistura fraca ou solução disso. A resina e o material de suporte de valor são contactados de uma maneira de contra corrente em uma zona de contato para carregar a resina com valores a partir do material de suporte de valor. A resina é fluidificada pelo material de suporte de valor na zona de contato. A resina carregada é passada através de uma primeira zona de limpeza para remover o excesso do material de suporte de valor. A resina carregada passa então através de uma zona de remoção, tipicamente um ácido ou álcali, para remover os valores da resina e formar um eluato, que é ainda tratada para recuperar os valores. A resina removida é lavada em uma segunda zona de limpeza, para remover o excesso de agente de remoção, e devolvida para a zona de contato.
