Abstract

"INCORPORAçãO IN VIVO DE AMINOáCIDOS ALQUINIL EM PROTEìNAS EM EUBACTERIAS". A invenção se relaciona a pares ortogonais de tR-NAs e aminoacil-tRNA sintetases que podem incorporar aminoácidos alquinil como para-propargiloxifenilalanina em proteínas produzidas em um hospedeiro Eubactéria como E. coli. A invenção fornece novas sintetases ortogonais, métodos para a identificação e fabricação das novas sintetases, métodos para a produção de proteínas contendo aminoácidos alquinil e sistemas de tradução celular.
