Abstract
" COMPOSIçãO DE SILOXANO MODIFICADO DE CURA RáPIDA E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR UM POLISSILOXANO DE EPóXI MODIFICADO PLENAMENTE RETICULADO" Composições de siloxano modificado de cura rápida que compreendem: (1) um intermediário de silicone com funcionalidade alcoxi ou silanol, (2) pelo menos um ingrediente reativo de amina selecionado do grupo consitindo de ingredientes com funcionalidade acetoacetato, ingredientes com funcinalidade acrilato, suas misturas; (3) um ingrediente com funcionalidade epóxi; (4) um agente de cura selecinado do grupo consistindo de, aminosilanos, cetiminas, aldiminas e suas misturas; e (5) água. Outros ingredientes úteis na formação de composições de siloxano modificado de cura rápida da presente invenção incluem silanos, catalisadores organometálicos, solventes, pigmentos, cargas e agentes modificantes. Os ingredientes acima identificados são combinados e reagidos para formar uma película protetora plenamente curada, compreendendo um polissiloxano de enamina reticulado e/ ou uma estrututa química de polissiloxano de acrilato numa quantidade reduzida de tempo quando comparado com as composições de epóxi siloxano convencionais.
