Abstract

"PROTEìNA RECOMBINANTE PRODUZIDA POR BACTéRIAS GRAM-POSITIVAS, MéTODO PARA FABRICá-LA, PARA ISOLAR ìONS DE METAL DE UM LìQUIDO, PARA CONVERTER UM SUBSTRATO EM UM PRODUTO, SEU USO E RESPECTIVO KIT". A invenção refere-se a proteínas de fusão baseadas em flagelina (FBFP) úteis para uma variedade de propósitos, os ácidos nucléicos que codificam as FBFP, vetores que contêm os ácidos nucléicos células hospedeiras que abrigam os vetores. Ademais, a invenção proporciona métodos para obter superexpressão e exibição de superfície de polipeptídeos heterólogos em células bacterianas Gram-positivas. Ademais, a invenção repre senta bactérias quebradas por gene úteis para expressar as FBFP recombinantes sobre suas superfícies.
