Abstract

"VáLVULA DE INJEçãO DE COMBUSTìVEL ELETROMAGNéTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma válvula de injeção de combustível eletromagnética, na qual uma primeira camada moldada à resina que é feita de uma resina sintética cobre uma seção de solenóide e forma uma porção principal de acoplador que define uma estrutura de um acoplador receptor de força, é coberta por uma segunda camada moldada à resina feita de uma resina sintética diferente da resina da primeira camada moldada à resina de modo que uma face externa da porção principal de acoplador fique exposta a partir de uma parte intermediária até a extremidade da porção principal de acoplador, uma ranhura de encaixe sem fim (45) é provida sobre a periferia externa da parte intermediária da porção principal de acoplador (40a) da primeira camada moldada à resina (41), a segunda camada moldada à resina (42) encaixando-se na ranhura de encaixe sem fim (45), e uma porção estendida (42b) que se estende ainda mais para fora que a ranhura de encaixe (45) é formada na segunda camada moldada à resina (42) de modo que a porção estendida (42b) faça contato com uma face externa da porção principal de acoplador (40a) quando em um estado não encaixado e cubra a porção principal de acoplador (40a). Isto impede a ocorrência de uma abertura ou um abaulamento em uma seção de limite entre as duas camadas moldadas à resina, aumentando, assim, a conectividade de um acoplador de suprimento de força a um acoplador receptor de força e sua capacidade de comercialização.
