Claims (1)
- 円形の横断面を有する非磁性部材(26)を介して固定コア(22)に結合される磁性円筒体(9)と、該磁性円筒体(9)の前部に圧入される圧入筒部(10a)を後端に有する弁座部材(10)とが溶接され、前記弁座部材(10)に設けられる弁座(13)に着座可能な弁体(20)が該弁座(13)に着座する方向にばね付勢されつつ前記弁座部材(10)に収容され、前記固定コア(22)の前端に後端を対向させる可動コア(18)が前記弁体(20)に同軸に連接される電磁式燃料噴射弁において、
前記磁性円筒体(9)よりも高硬度の材料で形成した前記弁座部材(10)には、前記圧入筒部(10a)と、前記磁性円筒体(9)の外径と略同一の外径を有して前記圧入筒部(10a)よりも大径に形成される大径部(10b)と、前記圧入筒部(10a)の外周面に対して直角な平坦面に形成されて前記圧入筒部(10a)および前記大径部(10b)間を結ぶ環状肩部(10c)とが設けられ、
前記磁性円筒体(9)の前端に、前記圧入筒部(10a)を磁性円筒体(9)の前部に圧入したときに前記環状肩部(10c)をその略全面にわたって当接させる環状の当接受け面(9a)が、磁性円筒体(9)の内周面との間での直角度を規定するようにして形成され、
レーザビーム(B)の照射点(P)を前記磁性円筒体(9)の前端および前記弁座部材(10)の突き当て部の位置よりも磁性円筒体(9)側にオフセットさせて該突き当て部に対し施されるレーザビーム(B)による溶接により、該突き当て部が全周にわたって溶接されることを特徴とする電磁式燃料噴射弁。
