Abstract

CLOROTALONIL MOìDO A SUBMICRON, E USOS DO MESMO. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para moagem de biocidas orgânicos substancialmente insolúveis para formar um produto micro ou submicro apresentando uma distribuição estreita de tamanho de partícula. A moagem envolve moagem a úmido do biocida orgânico em meio de moagem de alta densidade apresentando um diâmetro entre 0,1 mm e 0,8 mm, de preferência, 0,2 mm e 0,7 mm, e um densidade igual ou superior a 3,8 g/cm³, de preferência, superior a 5,5 g/cm³, em um moinho de bolas utilizando entre cerca de 40% a 80% de carregamento do volume do moinho com meio de moagem, e estando o biocida orgânico suspenso em um líquido de moagem aquoso, o qual compreende um ou mais tensoativos. A velocidade de moagem é preferencialmente elevada, por exemplo, de cerca de 100 rpm a cerca de 4000 rpm. O produto moído pode ser utilizado em aplicações foliares a uma dosagem efetivamente baixa do que formulações do estado da técnica, pode ser utilizado em formulações de pintura antivegetativa, e pode ser utilizado em novas aplicações tais como injeção direta de particulados biocidas orgânicos sólidos em madeira para agir como um conservante de madeira de longa duração.
